As we approach the end of 2015, FJP Investment figured it would be a great time to share a moment with our readers in looking back on the year that has just flown by. With records being broken month by month, we should all feel proud of the partnerships we have developed and the team work that has got us to where we are today.
Our clients have been the biggest winners this year, we have put forward excellent opportunities in Airport Car Parking space investments at both Glasgow and Gatwick here in the UK. We have aimed to be the number one resource for investors when seeking out information about these investments and we feel we have achieved this goal.
Without a doubt our investors will always be the priority, we aimed to be more informed and more knowledgeable than all other agents and therefore transfer this knowledge to ensure our clients have full information.
FJP Investment realised very early on that if we were able to answer question coherently and readily, this would be the key to winning business over all other agents. We had to be better than the rest and this we feel has been indicative in our sales figures.
We realise our investors had a choice of agents to choose from when selecting their property based investments. Having chosen us was testament to our superior level of service and we are sure this decision will be rewarded in years to come.
Since our business is customer focussed and very much about the customer receiving a top service we are sure that as we move into a new year our focus will remain on servicing our customers needs as a priority.
What is planned for 2016 at FJP Investment?
We are in talks with a network of developers that we have built connections with over the last couple of years. FJP as a group have selected partners that we feel are able to provide the levels of service that our clients have come to expect. New property based investment opportunities are due to be launched throughout 2016.
The mantra is very much focussed on sourcing quality products and listening closely to our investors in order to ensure we bring about a range of products that fulfil all expectations placed on us by our clients. Again, we are talking about giving the client exactly what is wanted and in order to do so we must keep our ears open and our fingers on the pulse in order to act effectively.
FJP Investment has a number of property based developers that we have been holding meetings with and we are certain we have built a network of opportunities that when rolled out, investors will be keen to snap up.
Quality is always going to be the focus, we are selecting a range of products based on quality rather than quantity.
What types of products do we expect to launch?
The market has gone towards Student Property, Hotel Rooms, Shared Office Space and much more. We are sure that with the addition of several products in 2016 we will be able to replicate and then exceed the quality we have been able to produce in 2015.
The criteria will be around tangible assets that are property based.
Also we are expecting the car park investment from Park First to yield even higher returns for our investors. FJP believes we are going to see further launches at additional regional airports such as Birmingham, Luton and Manchester.
