HOW WE WORK

CAPITAL AT RISK. There are risks to all forms of investing, particularly in unregulated, complex, non-readily realisable and/or non-transferrable securities like bonds, loan notes and unquoted equity investments. Forecasts are not guarantees and performance may vary. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and may change. These investments are NOT covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and clients will NOT have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). All investors should seek independent professional advice before deciding to invest. Please read our risk warning before deciding to invest.

A Clear Introduction Process

FJP Investment Whetstone Office

FJP Investment introduces qualifying investors to selected alternative investment opportunities offered by third-party providers.

We act solely as an introducer. We do not manage client money or provide personalised investment, legal or tax advice. Every investor conducts their own assessment and makes their own independent investment decision.

1

Start a Conversation

Contact our team to learn more about FJP Investment, how our introduction service works and the types of alternative investment opportunities we may introduce.

2

Confirm Investor Eligibility

Before receiving information concerning specific opportunities, investors must complete the applicable eligibility declaration. FJP limits its introductions to qualifying high-net-worth and sophisticated investors.

3

Receive Opportunity Information

Once eligibility has been confirmed, investors may receive commercial and supporting information concerning selected opportunities offered by third-party providers.

4

Conduct Your Own Assessment

Investors review the available information, consider the risks, ask questions and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate. An introduction by FJP should not be interpreted as a personal recommendation.

5

Decide Whether to Proceed

If an investor independently decides to proceed, the relevant application and identification requirements are completed with the third-party opportunity provider. Requirements may vary between providers and opportunities.

There is no obligation to proceed following an introduction. Investors remain responsible for determining whether an opportunity is appropriate for their own circumstances.
