Before FJP Investment can provide information concerning specific investment opportunities, we need to establish whether you fall within an eligible investor category. Please review the two statements below and select the one that accurately applies to you.

Appendix A

High Net Worth Individual

You may qualify if, during the last financial year, you had:

  • Annual income of £100,000 or more; and/or
  • Net assets with a value of £250,000 or more.

The net-assets calculation excludes your primary residence, pension or pension withdrawals, and rights under qualifying insurance contracts.

Appendix B

Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor

You may qualify if at least one of the following applies:

  • You worked professionally in private equity or the provision of finance for small and medium-sized enterprises during the last two years.
  • You were a director of a company with annual turnover of at least £1 million during the last two years.
  • You made two or more investments in unlisted companies during the last two years.
  • You have been a member of a business angel network or syndicate for more than six months and remain a member.

The complete declaration will open securely in Zoho Sign, where you can review its wording before signing.

Once completed, FJP will securely record your confirmed investor category and signed statement.

Only sign a statement if you genuinely satisfy its criteria. If neither category applies, do not sign either statement. Certification is not an endorsement or recommendation of any investment and is not an assessment of suitability.

What happens after signing?

FJP Investment will securely record your confirmed category and signed statement. We may then contact you to explain areas in which we are currently working and the next steps in our introduction process.

You remain responsible for assessing any opportunity and deciding whether to obtain independent financial, legal and tax advice.
