A Truly Global Business

This post is a reflection on what can be achieved from an idea born out of a Coffee Chat among fellow colleagues. Our business has gone global. There are no limitations for where we do business and much thanks to the World Wide Web we are able to meet, transact and do great business with fantastic people all over the world. 

Started in 2013 and by 2016 we had achieved clients in 70 countries around the world.

We started FJP Investment in the summer of 2013 – 20th of June 2013 to be exact, some 2,853 days ago!

In other words, a very long time ago but upon reflection has flown by. Ordinarily, we would be travelling the world to meet with our clients in our key markets; alas to the pandemic this temporarily on hold but when the time is right we will be back on the Flights traversing the planet to give our clients the attention they deserve.

It is not just our clients that we have much thanks to give. It is the network of individuals and companies that have opened doors for us in so many great markets.

We now consider our business to be truly global and our vision will develop out from here with us no doubt wanting to open offices in these key markets to service our clients better and accelerate client acquisition.

The Key Markets we operate in

In particular, we want to share with you the markets where we have the most success:

  • Abu Dhabi
  • Dubai
  • Bahrain
  • Qatar
  • Kuwait
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Hong Kong
  • Singapore
  • Malaysia

Around 40% of our business comes from outside of the UK.

This number is increasing rapidly year on year and is testament to the efforts of our team doing a tremendous job to attract and service these international markets.

Imagine if FJP Investment was to open an office in each of these key markets. The growth would be phenomenal. Each in its own time and space.

We will be exploring growth opportunities to take FJP Investment to the next level and ensure that we improve on our offering and give even better service to the market. We are very much interested in talking to partners and exploring opportunities of mutual interest.

 

Vision to reality – how do we go to the next level

We are in no rush. We have always taking a steady and cautious approach and with calm we pick off opportunities as they arise. This is very much engrained in the company culture in the sense that we keep calm, stay cool and make rational decisions.

The time feels right to adventure further afield and look at opening up offices in our key markets. 

Much research and thought will go into the next phase but we are sure our clients in these markets will welcome and encourage our move into their localities.
