In the Media September 2019

With the focus for the month building up to the release of our Q3 report on new build property, the month has been a more subdued one.

Nevertheless, we have had some press come in throughout the month, most of which has been over the past week or so.

To kick things off, media publications have expressed interest in our recent report surrounding new build properties. We asked over 1,000 UK homeowners and property investors what the opinion was surrounding new build properties, from price, aesthetics and more.

The findings have so far been shared with standout publications including City A.M, Showhouse and PropertyWire. With the findings only just being released, we expect more publications to draw upon the findings of the report.

On the back of the Governments recent announcement about the future of property in the UK, CEO Jamie Johnson shared comments about the announcement. A number of media outlets used the comments, and reached out for further comments. Publications include PropertyWire, Inside Housing, Showhouse, Simple Landords and Building Specifier.

Additional coverage is seen in Property Secrets, who reached out for a comment about the recent findings suggested that over 8 million are living in unsuitable living. We also worked with Ideal Magazine providing tips for new homebuyers entering the market.

Overall, a successful month, with plenty more to come over the course of this month.
